WHAT IS YOGA
The word yoga came from the sanskrit word yuzz.Yoga means union. Yoga union the body,mind and soul.Yoga asana is the third limb of the rajayoga.
By practicing yoga our body , mind and soul will be strengthen. Before start practicing yoga asanas one should have a good idea about what is yoga ? Because so many people think it is a pack of physical exercise, but it is not physical exercise like so many people think. It is a combination of asanas and breathing.
Yoga is a scientific and systematic approach to the attainment of Self Knowledge.
If you ready to spend 30 minutes in our daily life, that’s enough to get the advantages of yoga. You will start enjoying the yoga practice.
Basically there are three types of yoga asanas.

1. standing
2. sitting
3. lying
out of these practicing by sitting asanas are more popular. These are very help to pranayama and meditation.
Yoga keeps our mind and body healthy , regular practice is very important to maximize the results. practising yoga improves our concentration and makes our mind calm. Yoga helps to purify our body and mind, keeps our breathing pattern in order.. In yoga we concentrate on our body and mind, By doing this we can supply more oxygen to all parts of our body.
Breath is the main source of our life, Yoga enhancing the breathing capacity by improving the lung capability.
